Our grocery department includes organic dairy from a variety of sources such as cow, goat, sheep, and soy/rice/almond alternatives, organic grass-fed meats (with both vegetarian & vegan options as well). We have an ever-growing bulk section with dried fruits and grains, as well as many dry goods and weekly deliveries of fresh-baked bread (including wheat and gluten-free options). We have a selection of Keto products to assist you in transitioning over to a low carb, sugar-free lifestyle.
